I thank all inspectors involved at the Randburg SPCA, from the bottom of my heart, for rescuing ‘Baby Girl’ in Cosmo City.

The poor dog must have been suffering beyond comprehension.

I also thank journalist Ashtyn Mackenzie very much for writing a lovely article.

Our Randburg Sun is the animals’ best friend.

Believe it or not, I cried.

I struggle right now to cope with all the ongoing heart break.

Last Saturday, when we had the Sava clinic at Pipe Line and I was walking through Kya Sand Informal Settlement,

I encountered so much heart break.

I found that one of the lovely dogs, whom I constantly cared for, was dead.

I am still not over it.

The illegal dumping of rubbish is too terrible for words. Animals constantly eat dead, poisoned rats.

We are trying right now to get the relevant authorities on-site to resolve the multiple and complex problems in our area.
