MOGALE CITY NOTICE 23 OF 2024 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROPOSED MUNSIEVILLE EXTENSION 12 I, Thobile Ndlovu (ID Number 9508310522084), of NTG Solutions, hereby give notice as provisioned in Section 51 of the Mogale City Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that I, the undersigned, intend to apply for the establishment a township consisting of 417 stands on Portion 30 (a portion of Portion 2), of the Farm Sterkfontein 173-IQ accessed from Road R563 via Helena Street and situated within Mogale City Local Municipality, Gauteng Province. The township is to be known as Munsieville Extension 12 as described in the Annexure hereto. A copy of the application and supporting documentation will be available for viewing/inspection from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Development Planning Office, Corner of Human Street and Monument Street, 45 Human Street, Krugersdorp, 1739, for a period of 28 days from the 10th of July 2024 – 7th of August 2024.
