Hoërskool Randburg Class of 2022 achieves a 100% pass rate

Hoërskool Randburg's top learner achieved 10 distinctions with 100% in Maths and 97% in Science.

The Randburg Sun visited Hoërskool Randburg to capture the Class of 2022 collecting their matric results on January 18.

A total of 159 candidates completed the 2022 National Senior Certificates(NSC) examinations in which they achieved 90.7% Bachelor’s degree pass and the remainder 9.3% still earned diploma passes.

Top achiever Christelle Jones earned 10 distinctions, a 100% in Math and 97% in Science. She said she was proud of her results as she had aimed for distinctions in every subject and finished with 90s in all of them.

She said the secret to her success was hard work and paying attention in class because you do not always have time afterwards to revise it all.

Jones will study medicine this year.
