The goal of the event was to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in a way that was enjoyable for the whole family. From young children to proud parents, everyone had the chance to push their limits and be part of something positive and inspiring.

One of the highlights of the day was the announcement of the 2025 grand champions. These were the top performers in their age groups, chosen for their strength and spirit, as well as the effort shown throughout the challenge.

Winners in each age group received medals and prizes. Participants also stood a chance to win a variety of exciting rewards, including fitness equipment, SEISHIN merchandise, and healthy lifestyle hampers, but the real reward, for many, was the sense of achievement and togetherness. SEISHIN Martial Arts Academy organisers said they were proud of everyone who took part, emphasising that the event was not just about winning, but about showing up, doing your best, and building resilience.

Judging by the many smiling faces, and sore muscles, it’s safe to say the challenge was a huge success.
