Golden Harvest Park was alive with energy and laughter on Sunday, September 15, as families, friends, and even a few four-legged companions gathered for the Community Picnic. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect as bright sunshine and a cool breeze set the stage for a fantastic day outdoors.

Arriving at the park, it was easy to spot the parking area thanks to the colourful balloons guiding the way. With CSS security keeping an eye on things, everyone felt safe as they settled in. Picnic blankets and camping chairs were spread out across the lawn, while kids ran around excitedly, their laughter filling the air.
One of the highlights of the day was the entertainment for the children. From face painting to games, there was plenty to keep the little ones busy. Meanwhile, adults mingled, shared snacks, and kept a close eye on the raffle draws, hoping to win one of the many exciting prizes up for grabs.
Everyone had come well-prepared, with baskets brimming with homemade goodies, sandwiches, and refreshing drinks. While alcohol and glass were not allowed, it didn’t dampen the spirits of the crowd, who happily basked in the sunshine, enjoying good food and great company.
