Phoenix Core NPC offers free mental health support through workshops

Phoenix Core NPC offers free workshops to support mental health, providing a vital lifeline for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and life's challenges.

Phoenix Core NPC, a non-profit organisation, is making an incredible impact in the community by offering free self-development workshops to individuals struggling with mental health challenges. The organisation, founded by Gaby Fischer and supported by her children Kath and Chris Fischer, aims to help those facing issues like depression, anxiety, anger management, or those simply searching for direction in life. For many, Phoenix Core is often the last hope when it seems like there are no other options.

Gaby, a dedicated mother with a background in medical and psychiatric nursing, addiction counselling, and group work, has been the driving force behind Phoenix Core. With an unwavering passion for helping others become better versions of themselves, Gaby has touched countless lives. Her children, Kath and Chris, share in this mission, extending the same unconditional love and support that Gaby is known for to everyone who walks through their doors.

The family’s belief in the power of love is at the core of everything they do. As Chris puts it, “the world needs a lot more love out there, and if we can assist people to have more love for themselves, imagine how much love they might be able to give everyone else.” This philosophy has helped Phoenix Core become a beacon of hope for those in need, making waves of positive change in the lives of many.

Operating without external funding, Phoenix Core relies on the generosity of others to continue their work. In the past year alone, they have helped around 100 individuals from the community. But to sustain their efforts, they need ongoing support from the public. Essential items such as stationery, cleaning supplies, and basic refreshments are always in high demand, and any contributions are deeply appreciated.

Phoenix Core’s workshops are more than just a place for self-development; they are a safe space where people can heal and find hope. Their upcoming workshops in August and September are open to anyone seeking help, and the organisation encourages those feeling lost to reach out.

Donations are welcomed to ensure that this vital lifeline continues to provide hope and support to those in need.
