Molomo explained that this is a big opportunity as he is an athlete and wants to show his peers that taking care of your career affairs is not only for agents.

“As the brand ambassador, it’s my job to go to schools and sports clubs, I’m promoting the platform and empowering aspiring athletes to get their database. Our mission is to create an innovative ecosystem that surpasses traditional methods of running sporting bodies and identifying talent.”

He added that this ecosystem will provide a new perspective on managing the operations and administration of sports federations, identifying new talent in rural areas through the use of statistics and game footage, regulating and adjudicating the performance of match officials, and ultimately raising the standard of how sports are conducted and maintained.

Molomo’s involvement will undoubtedly help achieve the goals and promote a new era in sports management and development.

“Being a graduate of football coaching and administration, it just resonated that we need to empower athletes beyond just sponsorships and a salary. As an athlete who owns a sports agency, it empowered me to negotiate deals whether it is sponsorship or playing contracts. I have confidence in the database provided to negotiate.”
