Laerskool Fontainebleau elects a new headboy

Laerskool Fontainebleau's new head boy Mathew Butcher is feeling confident about 2024.

Matthew Butcher, the new head boy at Laerskool Fontainebleau wrote:

I think with this role I am expected to be the best I can be, have confidence, and be the leader that the young ones will look up to.

Being selected to be a head boy is really an honour I feel really good it is a big achievement for me and it is very cool. Next year will be a busy year for me as I am also a rugby player and hoping to make the first as well. And as a leader, I will be addressing the learners which I am nervous about but I am up for the challenge.

It is quite important and big that after six years without the head boy and then I will be chosen. It’s a big moment for me I don’t know how I achieved it, it’s just so amazing.

I will work very hard next year and try to do my best in everything. To everybody writing their finals good luck study hard and make sure that you rest as well.
