The King’s School Robin Hills held a successful Knight Trial Fun Day event

The Knight Trail provided a variety of fun options that ensured that no one felt bored or left out, regardless of their age or interests

The King’s School Robin Hills hosted a successful Knight Trail Fun Day, which brought the community together in support of the pre-primary fundraiser.

The unique event provided opportunities for both children and parents to spend time together, making it a wonderful family day.

The school was transformed into a trail with a map of activities displaying many countries, with each station decorated with banners and colourful streamers. The attention to detail was outstanding. The atmosphere added to the excitement and helped set the tone for an action-packed day

The Knight Trail was unquestionably the centre piece of the fundraising. It was a creative variation on the typical treasure hunt, with participants following a trail marked with a map. Children eagerly searched for the next country on the list as they participated in this participatory game, and their faces lit up with excitement.

It was well-designed, incorporating various activities, including finding the country station and learning to identify flags. The maps differed per class making it more exciting.

Leanne Hirst, one of the parents, said what particularly impressed her was the inclusivity of the event. “The organisers ensured that children of all ages and abilities could participate in the Knight Trail. The challenges were thoughtfully crafted, offering different difficulty levels, ensuring that everyone could have fun while feeling a sense of accomplishment. “

There were several other activities and attractions that kept attendees entertained throughout the day. From face painting, photo stations, line dancing, to the bouncy castles and music, there was something for everyone. Children also participated in dressing as princesses, kings and knights and made it extra amazing.
