Can you manage two organisations effectively at the same time? Well, one Cosmo City resident does and explains how.
The Dream Entertainment organisation, formed by William Molaule, focuses on assisting local artists, and businesses, to generate money and promote their offerings in the community.
Molaule, a musician, actor, and motivational speaker, said he founded the NPO in 2018. “It aims to provide young people with information on how to start something for themselves.”
According to the 31-year-old, the organisation hosts community upliftment events to encourage aspiring artists and emerging entrepreneurs to engage with the community on how they can be supported to achieve their goals.
“It is through community support that they can promote and market their services, products, and what they do.”
However, he did not stop there, in 2021 during Covid-19, he started another NPO called 911 SA aimed at conducting business workshops.
“This one assists small businesses and organisations with marketing and supports the local schools in bringing motivational speakers to speak with learners and boost their self-esteem.”
Managing the two organisations is a piece of cake for him because he wants to see a huge difference in his neighbourhood.
Besides that, he is also an environmental facilitator and mascot coordinator at Green Development Foundation, which helps with sports development support and clean-up campaigns in the area.
Molaule said that it would make his heart skip a beat one day to see local businesses and artists flourishing.
