Vintage Triumph cars come to Lyme Park for show

No more Triumph cars were produced after 1984m when the marque was retired.

From Roadsters to Heralds, TR3s and TR7s – and everything between – vintage car enthusiasts can look forward to the centenary celebration of Triumph Sports Car Club of South Africa.

The club is inviting community members to the car show on April 30. Triumph cars will be on display on the field bellow Higher Ground restaurant in Lyme Park from 09:00 on the day. All are welcome.

This is 100 years after the club was formed in 1923. The Triumph Motor Company produced cars that same year until 1984 when its marque was retired.

This Herald and others like it will be on show.

No picnic baskets or alcohol will be permitted.
