Personal trainer encourages people to have a work-life balance

People take life too seriously, they need to stop and enjoy life. So says local personal trainer.

Chandler Reineke writes:

I am a personal trainer and I love helping people work on their goals physically and mentally, and see them become happier people.

There is so much stress in the world at the moment so I feel people need to keep things in perspective.

People take life too seriously. They need to rather enjoy their work than overdo it.

Spend time with your loved ones and not over-prioritise work.

Balance work and your personal life, spend time on both but not too much on either.

Ensure you exercise as well.

And do something you enjoy, every single day.

If it is watching a movie, or a comedy, doing a hobby, or just sitting on the grass outside appreciating nature.

I say do this at the end as well as the start of the day as it is a nice way to end and start the day.

Even if this is just five minutes.

Also listen to a song that helps you get into a certain mood.

In my work I see so many people get caught up in work and stress that they do not know how to be better people, and they need help from others.

That is okay, people like me enjoy helping others.

Even just the physical side of personal training helps people reduce stress when they exercise and see improvement.
