Community supports Carla’s Market at Ann Harding Cheshire Home in Northwold

There were all sorts of accessories, decor and trinkets on sale for a good cause at the market.

Rainy weather could not keep the community away from Carla’s Market as it made its monthly appearance at Ann Harding Cheshire Home in Northwold.

Young and old browsed the antiques, jewellery, decor, books, kitchenware and other oddities and hidden treasures, knowing their spending would go toward the home – a residential care facility for 40 adults who have a physical disability.

Next to the market was the home’s charity shop, which also drew visitors for its extensive clothing, book and DVD goods, so that between them, the home saw hundreds of community members browsing during the day.
