The new year has arrived and much like a blank canvas, it is ours to do with what we wish.
With hopes that everyone has bold colours to paint this canvas with, the principal of Hoërskool Linden Dr Johan Wiehahn shares his new year’s message with us all.
He writes…
What a beautiful year 2022 was. As a school, we reflect with great gratitude upon the wonderful opportunities, success, and growth the school has experienced. We are thankful for the ongoing support that we experience from our parents, old Linden learners, and community.
As a school, we’ve been privileged to go through 2022 with a sense of ‘normality’ post-Covid, and for that, we are especially thankful. Our learners excelled once again in the areas of sports, culture and their academic achievements. Thank you to each one that has made this year exceptional for Hoërskool Linden, our learners and school stand in awe of the beauty of the community.
We look with excitement towards 2023 and the wonderful opportunities and blessings it will bring. We wish you and your family a safe, healthy, and prosperous new year. May you have a happy, healthy, and abundant 2023.
