Runners and their families have a blast at the event wit hthe theme #TurnBackTime.

Randburg Harriers athletes shed their running shoes and for a change donned smart attire as they celebrated the running club’s 40th birthday on October 8.

The runners and their families enjoyed the event at the Randburg Sports Club and some even dressed classic, according to the theme of the day, #TurnBackTime.

Old photos, shirts, mugs, posters and other memorabilia were displayed for all to see.

Many former members, chairpersons and committee members were in attendance too, and they were glad to share their stories with current members.

The nostalgia was washed down with delicious drinks and great food, and everyone left with a smile.
