Ways to improve your health as a man

Impilo helps men identify ways they can stay healthy.

There are several easy ways a man can improve his health by changing his daily activities.

This according to Impilo, which handed out leaflets about men’s health to attendees at the men’s health services launch at Randburg Clinic on July 27.

The services were launched by Anova Health Institute and the City of Joburg to meet a need that has been noticed – the general tendency of South African men to not see doctors or be tested, or if they are, to not seek treatment for illnesses.

Have them checked at the clinic. The sooner an illness can be detected the easier it is to fix.

Except for sleep, this is most important. Ensuring you eat enough fruit and vegetables does not mean skipping meat, though, if you enjoy eating meat. Just keep a balanced diet.
