Medical evidence used to challenge vaccine mandates

JOBURG – More protest and legal action promised if vaccine mandates are not reconsidered.

Covid-19 vaccines are invasive, unscientific and irrational.

This is according to the Universities Alliance South Africa NPC are taking a stand against mandates and policies being promoted and enforced at tertiary institutions across the country.

The organisation has given universities an ultimatum to either reconsider their mandates or they will take the matter to the Constitutional Court where the organisation believes they have grounds for nationwide relief. Their position, the organisation claims, is supported by medical evidence sourced by them which showed the vaccines to be ineffective and dangerous.

Director of the organisation Nathan Pillay said, “The greatest danger of all is the precedent set by vaccine mandates in terms of future disregard for Constitutional rights and freedoms. If students are forced to concede their bodily integrity for the sake of a disease that hardly poses a threat to them in the first place, we have opened the door for universities, and the government, to effectively do whatever they wish in the name of a so-called greater good.”

The organisation has shared their self-sourced medical evidence with the universities and the public which claims that Covid-19 vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission of the disease, based on vaccine manufacturers’ numerous studies in respectable medical journals and real-world results.

“Furthermore, evidence has emerged in recent months indicating that the available vaccines are not as safe as previously indicated. This is backed by statistics in various government adverse reaction databases internationally which show unprecedented numbers of vaccine-induced injuries….”

The organisation also claimed that emerging evidence showed that there were indeed risks associated with the available Covid-19 vaccines, yet the universities seeking to implement these mandates were unwilling to accept responsibility for any harm caused by these vaccines.

“One would expect that institutions of higher learning to be guided by the latest scientific developments and revise their policies as new knowledge is made available. It is utterly disappointing to see that this has not been the case and that they have instead embarked on a campaign of terror in the hopes of intimidating as many students as possible into vaccinating.”

They warned universities that they would face the full might of the organisation and see more protests such as the ones taking place at the University of the Free State and the University of Johannesburg if they did not reconsider their mandates.
