The recognition Rand Park High School has received through awards from the schools district is something they can be proud of.
The Johannesburg North District Academic Awards ceremony was held recently, and Rand Park won best performing school in circuit four, top three schools in quality of passes and top 10 schools in overall pass percentage.
These were based on the 2021 National Senior Certificate (NSC) matric results.
“The learners worked hard to achieve these results and our motivated and committed team of educators and staff have strived to support the learners during their high school years,” principal Alan Wilke told Randburg Sun.
“The past two academic years were spent teaching and learning during a global pandemic which disrupted the normal functioning of the school, demanded adaptability and the revision of teaching resources, all while making sure that the learning environment was safe. We wish all the learners from the class of 2021 continued success.”
