ZANDSPRUIT – Mob justice case postponed after court orderlies go into isolation.

The case involving six people charged with murder for a mob-justice killing in Zandspruit will resume at the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court on August 18.

National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwana explained that the accused were meant to appear again on August 6, but the matter was postponed as court orderlies were in isolation.

The six are accused of the murder of eight young men during a public incident on May 19.
