Honeydew police arrest more than any other station in district

HONEYDEW – Local police celebrate successfully arresting 293 people in June.


More arrests were made by Honeydew police in June than by any other station in the district.

“This was thanks to major operations held during the month,” explained spokesperson for the station, Captain Balan Muthan.

He noted that most of these arrests were for non-violent crimes, but a fair portion was for violent crimes.

Muthan applauded arresting officers for their hard work.
