Ward 102 councillor David Potter has expressed his delight in the completion of Hoërskool Randburg’s newly constructed landmark bridge across Malibongwe Drive.
“This bridge will bring much-needed safety to both learners and their parents, and on behalf of the City of Joburg I thank the school for their foresight and implementation of this much-needed infrastructure,” said Potter.
Potter expressed that he was apologetic for being unable to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony on 15 February saying, “After having walked most of the road with the planning and development of this bridge, I am sorry that I was unable to be there this morning for its opening.”
He added that he would like to wish all the learners of Hoërskool Randburg and the rest of his ward a successful 2021.
