Recently, Mohamed has begun a collection drive where she requested residents to donate board games, colouring books, toys and anything else that would be applicable to pre-school learners.
Since Mohamed has been involved with the school, she has continued to hold collection drives where she would take everything she was able to collect to the school in Cosmo City. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, she has been unable to visit the school in a while, however, she has continued to collect items for the kids at the school which she planned to hand over once the school was comfortable to welcome her back.
The pre-school has 20–30 learners at this moment, however, they have planned to expand their numbers once they were able to accommodate more learners in a larger space.
Mohamed first met the owner of the school when they attended the same college to study early childhood development. Since then, the Lilylike team sought Mohamed’s help due to being understaffed with trained pre-school teachers. Mohamed’s expertise came in handy when she was able to assist the pre-school.
