Grade 10 Reuben du Toit and Grade 8 Richard Seletswane have been selected for the Cricket South Africa (CSA) U17 National Camp in preparation for the ICC U19 2022 World Cup to be held in the West Indies.

St Stithians Boys’ College is extremely proud of two promising young cricketers who they believe have incredibly bright cricketing futures ahead of them.

Grade 10 Reuben du Toit and Grade 8 Richard Seletswane have been selected for the Cricket South Africa (CSA) U17 National Camp in preparation for the ICC U19 2022 World Cup to be held in the West Indies.

The boys were selected to join a team of other star youth cricketers selected from across the country. The school’s director of cricket Wim Jansen said he was delighted for the boys and their achievement.

“As Saint’s cricketers, we are all over the moon for both Richard and Reuben with their selection into the CSA training camp. Richard and Reuben have put in the hard yards in the nets and gym and we wish them well as they put the finishing touches on their preparation for the CSA camp,” said Jansen.

The camp will be held at the University of Pretoria High-Performance Centre from 23 to 26 October.
