Ferndale to be without electricity on 9 October

FERNDALE – Cork Avenue, Long Avenue and Oxford Road will be affected in the outage on 9 October.

City Power has announced a planned power interruption in Ferndale on Friday (9 October) from 9am to 4pm.

“The power interruption is necessary to do essential maintenance work on our network which is part of our programme of constantly striving to provide better service,” said City Power in a released statement.

Cork Avenue, Long Avenue and Oxford Road will be affected in the outage.

As the supply may be restored at any time, customers are urged to treat their electricity supply points as live at all times. City Power regrets any inconvenience that may be caused by these interruptions.
