Covid-19: Randburg SPCA urgently needs your help

RANDBURG – Randburg SPCA has confirmed that they urgently need assistance ahead of the 21-day shutdown.

With a 21-day lockdown of our country due to begin shortly, the Randburg SPCA has called on residents to support them urgently.

The Randburg SPCA has released a statement confirming that they are short of food for this period, and asking residents to include them in their lockdown preparations.

“With the lock down of the country we do not have enough food for our animals to last the 21 days. We would really appreciate any cat and dog food for the animals in our care.

“We also have five staff members that are staying on the property to look after all the animals on a daily basis. We ask that you please consider donating food and toiletry items for them to use while they are on lock down here at the SPCA.

“We do have two big freezer for perishable items if need be, Thank you to all that has been donating so far we really appreciate it a lot,” reads the full statement.
