Members were then formally notified that Yvonne Jeffries has been co-opted as the new treasurer to the board of directors in the place of Jean Caddy who has passed away. A moment of silence was observed for Caddy.

All members must read through and sign the document should they wish to continue being a member of the RCCI. Communication will be made to existing members about how this process will be executed in due course.
