Saints loves Cansa Shavathon 2020

LYME PARK – Saints takes part in the initiative every year and the project is driven by their HR team, with Hengie McInnes driving the process.


St Stithians College was a rainbow of colours on 28 February when the whole school took part in the Cansa Shavathon/Sprayathon all in aid of raising funds and awareness for cancer.

McInnes commented, “St Stithians College is proud to participate in the Annual Cansa Shavathon/Sprayathon. This is an event that we look forward to every year and an opportunity to support a very worthy cause and make a world of difference.”

Driven by the HR department, the school loves that every year the staff from their campus and various academic departments come together for this inspiring fundraiser.

“All five of the St Stithians schools take part, always with driving awareness around cancer being the key theme of the day.

“We would like to thank our staff for their enthusiastic participation and our Saints community for their massive support. The theme for the Shavathon/Sprayathon was ‘Hope 2020’ and we thank Cansa for all that they do to bring hope to all those affected by cancer,” concluded McInnes.
