‘Your suggestions are always welcomed’

HONEYDEW – The Honeydew Police Station is encouraging community members to use their suggestion box.

Honeydew police are encouraging community members who live in the Honeydew policing precinct to add suggestions to their suggestion box to help improve the quality and running of the station.

Honeydew Police Station spokesperson Captain Balan Muthan said the suggestion box has been located in the customer service centre for quite some time but has only received a minimal amount of suggestions since it was installed. “We as a station value the input of our community as to how we can improve our services. People often talk about problems faced at the station to others, but not to us.

“Our suggestion box and suggestion forms are a quick and convenient way for the public to inform us both their grievances and praises. We can only improve on our services if we know where we are falling short.”Muthan encouraged all community members to make use of the suggestion box located at the station’s customer service centre on Juice Road, Honeydew.
