The Randburg SPCA has planned a family fun day for all. The animal shelter based in North Riding has announced that the family day will take place on 7 March.
General manager of the SPCA Craig Rudman first spoke on the idea of a fun day last year. The aim of the fun day was to bring the community which surrounded the SPCA together. The fun days also created an opportunity for community members to visit the Randburg SPCA, as well as have a good time with their families.
The first family fun day was last year and was carnival themed and boasted various stalls and an obstacle course for the kids. This year the family fun day has promised family games, inflatables, a net climb, mud pit, colour run, obstacle course and various stall which will include a food truck and drinks stand.
The fun day is scheduled for 7 March and entrance is R10. Proceeds will go towards the maintenance of the Randburg SPCA and their day-to-day expenses.
