The Honeydew Community Policing Forum Sector 1 will host a special general meeting for the election of executives.
Among other topics, the agenda for the special meeting will include the election of a chairperson, deputy chairperson and secretary for the ensuing year.
Nominations by participating members of Sector 1 for the election of executives, namely chairperson, deputy chairperson and secretary, at any special general meeting, shall be given in writing, accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated. Should there be insufficient nominations received, further nominations will be called for at the meeting with the consent of the persons nominated.
Nomination and proxy forms can be sent to the CPF Admin Office by way of electronic to joanne@bubb.co.za not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
This meeting will take place on 11 November at 7pm and will be held at The Barn Church, off Kelly Avenue, opposite Boskruin Community Centre.
