The Diepsloot and Honeydew police are desperately seeking information on the whereabouts of an alleged Diepsloot rapist.
According to Honeydew Police Station spokesperson Captain Balan Muthan, the suspect allegedly broke into the victim’s house and assaulted her.
“The suspect allegedly forced the door of the house open and confronted the victim. He pushed her onto the sofa and rubbed a yellowish gel into her private parts. He then raped her,” Muthan said.
According to information provided to the police by the victim, the suspect is in his mid-twenties and spoke broken Zulu. He is slender in appearance, with short hair, and was last seen wearing a red, short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. “If you recognise the suspect, or if you have any other information regarding this crime, please do not hesitate to call the police station.”
