New meter reading company appointed for Region B
Rosebank – Residents in Region B using old meters have been advised that City Power is using a new meter reading company.
Residents in Region B have been notified that a new City Power meter reading company has been appointed.
The previous company, Susafrica, is no longer Region B City Power’s meter readers, a new company is Relais Investments is now being used.
Region B areas include Rosebank, Bryanston, Hyde Park, Parkview, Parkwood, Saxonwold, suburbs in the Randburg area (Randpark, Robindale), the Northcliff area, including Victory Park in the northeast.
Residents can email meters@ralaisinvest.co.za or call in readings to 011 970 1073; 011 970 1301.
A deadline of the 20th–27th day of each month is given for residents to email their contact details with the account name and number, including a picture of the meter showing the reading.
This only complies to old meters, not smart meters.
