RANDPARK RIDGE – Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge recently announced the head prefects of their preparatory school.
The relevant parents also attended the ceremony and had the opportunity to pin on the badge for their child. Bongi Skweyiya, the school’s head of marketing said it was an emotional and meaningful moment for all who witnessed the joy for the elected children and their parents.
Skweyiya said the task of being part of a head prefect is challenging yet extremely rewarding. “It is important to remind these young leaders to remain thoughtful yet not lazy, to be humble but not timid. We implore them to be proud Trinitonians but not arrogant. ”
She continued they will need to be bold but not forceful while also having a sense of humour but not being foolish. “It is more important to be kind than it is to be right in their approach to challenging circumstances on this daunting road.”
