Malawian delegation visits SA to learn more about how JMPD operates
JOBURG – Malawian delegation have shown interest in how SA JMPD operates.
The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department’s (JMPD) work has seen countries in Africa, like Malawi, want to know more.
This has led a Malawian delegation on Wednesday to visit the JMPD headquarters for a study tour on how it was established. The JMPD manages and coordinates the City’s crime prevention strategy, which includes: Preventative policing and patrolling of high-risk areas.
JMPD Chief, David Tembe, took to Twitter to post about the meeting they had with the delegation of Malawi.
