Norad makes it possible to track Santa with their help

As Christmas time nears, Santa and all his elves are busy finalizing the last presents, getting it ready for his ‘Santa bag.’ Tracking Santa’s movements is quite a mission. Luckily for us, that’s where NORAD comes in. They have an official NORAD Santa tracker website, where you can overload your brain on everything Santa. The website originally brings you to a page with planet earth, where the North Pole stands at the top of the planet with the words, ‘Let’s go,’ written above it. Once you’ve clicked the link, it takes you to a world of fun-filled activities to engulf yourself in.

Firstly, they have their Norad HQ, where secret Santa filed are hidden, the files explain that they have been tracking Santa for 60 years now. This tradition was created by a small mistake made when an advertisement to call Santa, printed the incorrect number. Directing the youngsters to the (CONAD) Commander in Chief’s operations hotline. They gave the youngsters updates regarding Santa’s location and thus a tradition was born by one little mistake.

‘Santa’s Village,’ has exciting features added to it, to keep the youngster busy before Christmas comes. The website shares a library with the youngsters, where they can learn a lot more about Santa and his sleigh, the library holds knowledge of holiday traditions and activities around the world. They also have a music stage where all the Christmas classic songs are being played. Then you have your ‘Theatre,’ where you are able to watch movies of Santa and also video clips from NORAD, where they show how they track Santa. You can also pop inside the ‘Arcade’ that is filled with various games. Some of the games include Tic-tac-toe, memory and strategic games.

NORAD also tries to answer all the youngster’s questions with their ‘The Crew Answers.’ They respond back to all the questions that the youngsters have with adorable video clips, with voice clippings attach to it.
