This comes after her second attempt on securing an appeal was successfully granted by the South Gauteng High Court earlier this week.
Momberg faced four counts of crimen injuria following an incident where she used the k* word 48 times. She was sentenced to three years in prison.
South Africans have weighed in on the judge’s decision, some saying it was a fair and others in total disagreement.
#VickiMomberg I for one am glad she's granted bail.Jailing people for merely words is just crazy, to me. Sure the k* word is banned but in a country where people are being killed daily and politicians steal money on a daily basis, we to jail people for words as a priority. Fcuk.

#VickiMomberg should have just finished her sentence so that other racists will start taking black people serious.

It’s shocking that the state doesn’t oppose her bail 😏
This says a lot about our law and white relationship 🙄
