Claim back your items from police

HONEYDEW – Community members must produce proof of ownership when they claim their goods at the station.

The police invite community members to come forward and claim their recovered goods.

According to Honeydew Police Station, items that have been recovered during various police operations conducted in the Honeydew precinct are available to be reclaimed.

 

The police storeroom also has tyres taken by police officers earlier this year during an operation.

Among the items in the police storeroom are flat-screen televisions, tyres, cell tower batteries, window frames and gas tanks.

Honeydew police spokesman Captain Balan Muthan said, “The community can visit the police station, and with proof, can reclaim their belongings from us.”

Anyone who would like to verify if their items are with police, can contact them or visit the station.

 

The Honeydew police have confiscated gas tanks during a recent operation.
