A Randburg substation has switched off leaving a number of suburbs in the dark this morning.
Areas affected include:
- Strijdom Park
- Bromhof
- Ferndale
- Boskruin
- Randpark Ridge
- Boschkop
- Randview
According to City Power, the cause of the problem is not yet known. However, technicians are on site and updates will be available to all residents.

Strydom Park
Bomhof
Fernadale
Boskruin
Rand Park Ridge
Boschkop
