The State of the City Address (Soca) on 2 May is right around the corner and the mayor is expected to update Joburgers developments within the municipality.
Executive Mayor Herman Mashaba will deliver his second Soca, before the council, guests and the public.
He will reflect on the progress the City of Johannesburg has made thus far and the direction it is taking to improve the delivery of services to communities.
