Unrivalled service at Medicare Greenhill Pharmacy

EMMARENTIA – The community is treated with love and care at Medicare Greenhill Pharmacy.

Unrivalled healthcare service is what the community of Emmarentia received this weekend when they visited Medicare Greenhill Pharmacy.

The community was offered a medical assessment of their blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar (fasting or non-fasting) and their body mass index (BMI) at the pharmacy as part of the Healthy Heart Campaign.

Karlien Nienaber and Cheryl Kelly.

The campaign will continue until the end of the month and Medicare Greenhill’s responsible pharmacist, Shaaziyaa Mayat said knowing the results for each of the assessments is important to determine the health of a person.

“We were on our feet from the moment we opened and the community came to support our campaign,” said Mayat.

“Our aim is to find out how healthy your heart is and these numbers are pre-indicators to determine any potential health issues.

Upon receiving the medical assessment results, our clinic sister also offers advice and assistance in improving those results with a range of non-scheduled or scheduled medications.

This is our effort to do more for the community we are in,” said Mayat.
