A number of trees have been reported as fallen on many of Joburg’s public roads this morning following heavy rains last night.
According to Gauteng Weather, the inclement weather conditions are expected to last throughout the weekend.

Flooding has been reported in many low lying areas and motorists are urged to drive with caution and avoid all flooded areas.
The City of Johannesburg together with emergency services are on standby to attend to all emergencies.
