Rand Park High’s Matrics celebrate their success

RANDPARK – Rand Park High School learners woke up early to receive their Matric results from their school office.

Rand Park High School matriculants woke up early to arrive at their school on 5 January, fresh and excited to receive their results.

Principal Alan Wilke said, “We are so proud of all our learners and exceptionally proud of our learners who received eight distinctions. It made me so happy to see the joy on our learners’ faces when we handed over their results.”

Wilke personally handed students their statement of results from the Gauteng Department of Education.

Jordan Macfie and Vanshikha Taparia both received eight distinctions, with Macfie achieving 100 per cent for maths and 98 percent for advanced programme maths.

Roxanne Kampers – six distinctions.

Overall, the school achieved a 99,6 per cent pass rate, with 74 per cent qualifying for a bachelor pass.

Wilke added, “We had a great bunch of students last year, and even though it’s sad to see them go, I wish them all the best for their future.”

 

Rand Park High matriculants are delighted after receiving their results.

Matriculants will receive their finalised certificates in April.
