Honeydew Police are on the lookout for two men who were involved in a house robbery in Sonneglans yesterday (28 November) afternoon.
According to police spokesperson Captain Balan Muthan, one suspect had a knife while the other had a firearm.
They allegedly entered the yard and forced the domestic worker into the house and tied her up.
“No shots were fired by the suspects who managed to get away with a TV set, jewellery and various other items were taken. The suspects fled the scene in an unidentified vehicle. No injuries were reported either,” said Muthan.
Police and security companies were alerted and arrived on the scene after the suspects had fled.
