Vegan meals everyone can enjoy

As the world celebrates Vegan Day and marks November as Vegan Month, we decided to provide you with an easy and delicious three-course meal you could serve for dinner.

For those that do not know, vegans are people that chose not to consume dairy, eggs or any other products of animal origin.

Like vegetarians, they do not eat any meat or fish. Many misconceptions exist about being vegan, such as that their diets are not healthy, veganism is for hippies and that it is a hard lifestyle to maintain.

In reality, the vegan lifestyle is a manageable one and here are some simple recipes that you can try on this World Vegan Day.
