13-hour planned Honeydew reservoir maintenance will not affect residents

JOBURG –The Honeydew reservoir will have water supply during the time allocated for the maintenance of the reservoir

 

Planned maintenance of the Honeydew reservoir will not impact residents.

Maintenance is expected to begin on 13 June at 6pm, ending on 14 June at 7am. The planned shutdown should not impact customers, so no water tanks will be provided as the affected reservoir will have a supply for the duration of the shutdown, which is envisaged to last for 13 hours.

All streets in the following suburbs could be affected by the maintenance:

Bellairspark, Boskruin, Boundary Park, Bromhof, Bush Hill Estate, Cosmo City, Honey Park, Honeydew Manor, Hoogland, Hunters Hill, Kevin Ridge, Kya Sand, Laser Park, Noordhang, North Riding, Northgate, Northwold, Olivedale, Randpark Ridge , Sharonlea, Radiokop, Wilgeheuwel, Sonnedal, Honeydew Ridge, Sundowner, Tres Jolie, Zandspruit, Harveston, Mogale City and Kimbult AH.

Benefits of the maintenance will be improved service delivery and the continuation of water supply.
