VOXPOPS: What Randburg residents expect from the SONA

RANDBURG – President Zuma will deliver the State of the Nation Address on 9 February.

President Jacob Zuma will deliver his State of the Nation Address (Sona) in Cape Town on 9 February.

Given the current status quo and the challenges in the country, Randburg Sun took it to the streets to find out what residents expect from this year’s Sona.

Donation Ngobeni: He must address strategies to create jobs and should not increase tertiary fees.
Thulani Zensile: I hope our President can address a problem of unemployment. The rate of unemployment is very high and horrifying. Most of us are still dependent on our parents instead of them depending on us.
Paul Sadler: The President should address issues of creating employment and using the taxpayers’ money wisely.
