MMC Sun to visit Windsor East

The City of Johannesburg’s MMC for Public Safety, Michael Sun will address residents of Ward 98 on 11 February.

The public meeting is set to take place at Windsor East Recreation Centre from 10am sharp and will finish at 11.30am.

According to Ward 98 councillor Beverley Weweje, residents are tired of the crime, drug peddling and illegal street vendors in the area.

Sun will address these issues and talk about the way forward.

Weweje encouraged residents to put their concerns at the feet of the executive. “Together we can reclaim our suburb,” she said.
