A report was published on this website, stating that a man had sustained serious injuries after a skip hit him at a local shopping centre, after coming loose from it hinges.

In the article, SA Waste Management was named as having had an employee injured in the incident. The employee did not in fact work for SA Waste Management, but rather another waste removal company. The Randburg Sun apologises to SA Waste Management for the error.
