The pupils of Sharonlea Primary School celebrated Spring Day and Casual Day in style with colourful hats.
As part of Spring Day celebrations, each pupil decorated a fun hat to display at assembly. The children used a lot of creativity to make their hats stand out in the crowd. Some of the winners were seen sporting edible hats with fruit and nuts, while others had massive balloon animal displays.
The day wasn’t all about fun hats but about collecting donations for the Lighthouse Baby Shelter. “Instead of charging the children for a civvies day we asked them to donate a baby product for the shelter,” said principal Carla Hercules.
The teachers looked amazing as well and showed great school spirit.
