Help Kevin find his suitcase

NORTHWOLD GARDENS – Resident is willing to offer a reward for any information on his vintage suitcase with mementos inside.

A resident is willing to give a reward if he is able to have just one precious item back after a break-in at his home.

Kevin Lovell explained that the break-in took place on 30 July at around 2.30pm when only his gardener and son were home. “My son was busy in the garage with an open door when the robbers ran in.” Luckily no one was hurt in the incident.

They stole the TV, two computers, a pair of binoculars and a vintage pigskin suitcase that belonged to Lovell’s great grandmother. Lovell said that all the other items are replaceable, but not his suitcase. “It contained all my photographs from my youth, mementos and even my school shirt that friends signed when I matriculated.”

Lovell said that he opened a case of housebreaking and robbery at the Honeydew Police Station. “They were on the scene quite quickly and the service was good,” said Lovell. He believes that the robbers may have dumped the suitcase when they realised that it has nothing of value inside, therefore he offers a reward if anyone finds the vintage suitcase with photos in it.
